Well the New Year is here! 2011 is gone and we look forward to what God will be doing in 2012. What God will be doing and how He will be using New Covenant UMC.
We have many things planned for the New Year. Our UMM will be cooking the dinner for the Cub Scouts Blue & Gold Dinner in March, (we have 60 active cub scouts) . We also have a mission trip planned to Mississippi in March. Our youth are working on plans for their mission trip to West Virginia to team up with a United Methodist church in Petersburg WV to work on homes of elderly people. Another Habitat House is in the workings for May, and we still support many other outreach ministries both local and around the world.
Our worship services are soaring to new heights and the presence of the Lord is felt throughout the church. Our attendance is up and the excitement is felt in all that we do.
